Loosing weight is not kid’s play. What if kids need to loose wait? We all know it takes great determination and resolution to loose weight. One change habits and live life in self imposed restriction? Can you accept a kid to all this at the place and then follow it? No kids neither understand nor would like to as like to enjoy and play all the time and eat what they and do things at their own way.
It is very important to understand that teenagers and kids need different approach than adult to loose wait. Kids and teenagers have different body type and their metabolism reacts differently. We can not put a usual rigorous exercise regime and strict diet. One must make kid’s weight loss plan keeping their body type, interest and age in mind. A kid can have a common over weight problem or acute over weight disease.
One must guide a teenager or kid why they need to loose their weight, how beneficial it would be to their current and future life. As today’s kids and teenagers are quite aware of technologies so it’s very important make them understand weight loose scientifically. It is advisable to use medicines or any weight loss pills under strict guidance of the doctor.
It has been observed that some teenagers get depressed due to over weight so they must be taught well about weight loss plan. They must be made aware that their health is most important things and they must learn to keep healthy with good habits. They also need to make understand that unnecessary dieting and starvation and any quick fix plan as they do more damage than helping you.
Diet plan must include well balanced diet. Usually kids abstain from eating healthy food but it’s very important to make them eat the right food. One must make interesting combination of healthy food and encourage them to eat. They must be made to eat all three meals apart from small quick breaks.
Exercising should be made fun and it is not difficult to make them exercising if little imagination is used. They can be made to run in park and gradually the duration can be increased. They must be introduced to biking and swimming. They must also be made to play their favorite out door games like tennis or basket ball. After discussion with physician they can be allowed to join gym where they can start with basic cardio vascular exercise. The way to loose kid weight is education, healthy food and fun filled exercises.
