are really fat and worried about your weight then here are some tips to lose
wight and to reduce fat.



 



To lose
weight exercise is compulsary. The daily exercise will definately help you to
reduce fat and lose weight.



So take
some time from your routine and do exercise which make you feel healthy. Over
exercise may cause dehyration and starvation. then your body will require more
food and will be unable to reduce fat or lose weight. Therefore do proper
exercise knowing your limits but do it daily.



 



Next
thing is about your food. Just observe that what food you are eating and what
for?. Dose it really needed?. So aviod extra food. Here are few things about
your food that youe should keep in mind regarding to lose weight -



 



1.Drink lot
of water it will help your digation system.



2.Eat more
fruits and vegetables it will help to reduce calories and to lose weight. As
the foods 

  and vegetables are full carbohydrades and fibre they are absorbed
slowly and they won't maky

  you hungry fastly.As the processed food is made more
attractive to our mind only so they make

  feel more hungry and won't help to
lose wight.



3.Take
daily braekfast it will give sufficient energy to work.



4.Take your
food at daily intervals of 4 to 5 hours.



5.Avoid
alcohol.



 



Aftetr
these basic things one should keep in mind your aim is weight loss not the lose
weight. When you start weight lose program you are very excited and do all
things together. It results in sickness and unhelthyness and makes you tired.



To do
these things perfectly you should know your body type, your daily work or
routine and most important your food. After knowing all these things you should
start your weoght loss programe.



 



First
start an exercise which make you feel healthy and happy. Take care that it
won't make you sick. While exercising your body burns calories and fat which
are again required. Means you are hungry now. While eating think about what you
are eating? does it really help me to lose my weight?



 



Don't
worry too much about your wight loss. As the 'Rome was not built in a day',
your body will not lose weight in a day or in a week. Once you are started
honestly your body will tell you what is required and what is not?. Means your
