A good rule of thumb is one glass with every meal, preferably consumed 15 minutes prior to the meal. Bitter Orange-Bitter orange from China is said to be a natural weight loss supplement for its metabolism boosting properties.

These natural weight loss supplements help you lose weight without the need of chemicals. Some work thermogenically, some work by stabilizing blood sugar, but they all produce the same results. Many of these natural weight loss supplements can be purchased in your local vitamin or health food store, and are fairly inexpensive. The others can be procured at your local grocery store.
