Excess of everything is harmful be it anything. Starting from nature
till science, we have noticed that everything in limit is good for
individual, society and in a larger scope Nation. If we talk of
nature; excess of either sunlight or rain is not considered good. When
we take it to the other side, though man has reached to the zenith of
success in every walk of life, still playing too much with the ecology
is now turning very harmful for humans only. We see that now the
population is growing vertical instead of horizontal, this is perhaps
the main reason of evolving earthquakes. Other natural calamities like
flood, epidemics etc are also to a certain extent related to the
excess playing with nature. Nature in itself has the capability to
balance it.
In the similar way, our body also has the capacity to balance but if
we don’t take care of the body, then the after affect is hazardous.
Our body needs to be toned and regularly exercised so that whatever
we are putting inside it (by eating), the calories needs to be burnt.
If this is not done, then this leads to overweight, bulky body,
shapeless body and due to overweight also leads to many diseases like
hypertension, diabetes etc.
Once the body starts accumulating fat inside it, it is very difficult
to lose it, hence, people should do rigorous exercises along with
regular brisk walks and healthy food which includes more of high
fiber, vitamins, protein diet. This means that oily stuff needs to be
avoided.
Since people are more health and figure conscious these days, hence, a
lot of gymnasiums have been setup where people find various machines
in which can do various workouts. They also have a trainer who trains
people with various floor exercises pertaining to the body
requirement. Doing the regular exercises helps the body loose fat fast
also intake of balanced diet helps body to retain the minerals in the
body.
There are various dietitians who are trained particularly for diet and
they can also help suggesting a proper diet in conjunction with the
exercises. Results have shown that people who do the workouts
regularly with the proper diet plan tend to lose weight fast and thus
shape their body.
Since there is no pain without gain, one has to be much disciplined in
doing regular exercise with the diet. Continuous practicing of this
leads to a part of our daily routine which after a while becomes a
part and parcel of the life.
