How to lose upper and lower belly fat fast

The legs should be tight and straight so that the body is firm and straight. The hands should be straight on the sides. Now the legs have to be lifted up and needs to be crossed at the knees. The legs then need to be pulled towards the upper portion of the body so that the hips are off the ground. During this process, we have to make sure that the back is straight. This reverse crunch needs to be repeated for 10-12 times a day. This is mainly for losing the lower and upper belly fat.

Though there are many exercises for this area, still reverse crunches is considered to be the most effective of them all.
