Kickbacks are also effective in toning up the triceps. Hold a single barbell in each hand and then lift the barbells up and down behind the head. The back should be straight and this should be started with 15 repetitions and the weight and the number should be gradually increased.

10-15 minutes of fun session with the jump rope is the best way to combine fun and cardio exercise. It is possibly the easiest way to tone up the lower arms.
