How to Lose Back Fat Fast
A fat back is not appealing for anyone. There are many toning exercises which help to lose the fat at the back easily and rapidly. These exercises will also help with loss in other areas of the body. But what you must remember is that the back is the support for your entire body and thus you should do these exercises in moderation because it’s not a great idea to hurt your back to get it back in shape.
The special exercises for the back are termed as rows. They are named so because the exercise in this form resembles the action of rowing a boat. Like rowing these exercises also involve a lot of back muscles and thus help to effectively tone the muscles. The cables available at the gym can be used for these exercises.
For the seated row you need to sit down with the cable at waist level in front of you. While slightly leaning forward the arms should be extended straight in front with both hands pulling the cable. And then the cables should be pulled back so that the elbows bend right behind you. Repeat these steps for the perfect effect.
Another version of this is the seated high row where the cable is held above the head and the same steps are followed. But while doing either of these rows care should be taken not to bend forward than necessary.
In the straight back row exercise the back has to be kept straight which implies that only the arms will be moving while pulling the cables.
In absence of cables dumbbells could be used but make sure in these rows you use only one weighted arm at one time and use a bench for support. An arm and a knee should be used to support lifts and thus lower the weight.
Apart from these push-ups and planks are equally good to burn the back fat. But special care should be taken while opting for these. For push-ups the body should be straight and extended and the arms directly under the shoulders. This will help work-out the back in a more efficient manner. The head should not be lowered. For doing planks also the body will be straight and the elbows would be bent under the shoulders on the ground. For both these exercises body should be extended as long as one can endure followed by a rest and then repeating the same step.
Back exercise should be started off slowly initially. A personal trainer can also prove to be beneficial. But whatever you opt for, do not do these exercises if you are in pain. If done with proper care, these exercises will surely help to get rid of all the ugly back fat.
