Before begin to lose weight one should know the reasons of weight gaining. It does't mean that you should take less food.

You should eat upto your body requirements keep in mind that it should not increase your body fat. That means you should slowly reduce the amount of food you eat. Our day to day life makes our body efficient accordingly. So first thing to lose weight or to lose fat is start some exercise and make it your daily routine. When you start exercise your body will require more energy.
As you are taking enough amount of food your body will take energy from fat storage of your body. Thus automatically it will help to reduce fat and weight loss.

After this initial stage of your weight loss progame you should study your body requirements. Your exercise programe should make you feel healthy. Hard exercise will make you starve and your body will require more food. It will not help you to reduce weight and you will become sick.

Exercse is the only best way to reduce fat and to reduce weight. Weight loss is the aim of your exercise so you need to avoid extra food. Make a time table for eating and for variety of foods. Here are some tips for your eating for weight loss -

1.Eat more food and vegetables it will help you to reduce extra calories and to reduce fat.
2.Don't work for long time without having food mans take daily brakfast.
3.If you have habiit of lot of eating at once avoid it try to take food in interval fo 4 to 5 hours.
4.Drink lot of water and limit your alcohol.
5.Aviod processed food as much as you can.

These are very easy and basic things to your wieght loss or fat reducing programe.
